eFiling Plus is a website where you can easily and quickly file tax information forms with the IRS and/or SSA. We offer the most cost effective way of submitting your information return forms including 1098s, 1099s and W-2s. You enter your data online and we e-file with the IRS and/or SSA and mail copies to recipients. You do not have to buy and fill out paper forms. You do not have to install software. eFiling Plus is an approved IRS e-file for Business Provider for 1099 information returns.

eFiling Plus simplifies the filing of 1099,1098 and W-2 forms. Our end-to-end online solution eliminates the need to print and mail preprinted forms, along with the general confusion associated with filing paper returns with the IRS or SSA. There’s no software to download and no forms to purchase. Simply register with us and begin entering your tax form information; we’ll take care of the rest.

Even with the best software packages, you still do most of the work. Instead, send us your data and let us process, print, mail, and file for you.

You can access your data from anywhere. There are no forms to buy and stock. Free up your time to promote your business and leave the technical stuff, like filing, to us.

The price per form ranges from $1.25 to $3.95, depending on the number of forms in the order. An e-file only option (no delivery to recipient) is available for a lower fee. You can start filing as soon as we release the current year’s forms, typically in late November or early December. You do not have to wait until January to file your forms.

Simply enter your credit card information at checkout. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. The site offers real-time credit card processing.

For increased security, eFiling Plus does not store your credit card information, nor do we make it accessible on the site for future orders.
Your user ID is your email address. To retrieve your password, use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. Your password will be emailed to you at the email address on file.
Recipients should receive their copies within 5-7 business days after mailing. Please allow 2–3 business days…. Orders placed on or before 10 a.m. EST on January 29 will be processed and mailed by the January 31 deadline. Starting February 11, forms are processed every Monday morning and postmarked within 3 business days of processing.
Once your forms are submitted with payment, you can print or save your copies in PDF format. Simply log in to eFilingPlus.com, click on “Filing Center” in the top navigation bar and select “Filed Forms.” You can select recipients…
No. Our all-inclusive service includes printing and delivery via first-class mail. We also offer e-Delivery, which lets recipients access their forms instantly online instead of waiting for mailed copies. Simply provide the recipient’s email address and we will notify the recipient of this option.
eFiling Plus will start e-filing with the IRS/SSA on January 21, 2014, for the 2013 tax season. We will file daily (possibly multiple times per day during busy days) thru March 31, 2014. Starting in April, forms will be e-filed every Monday morning through the end of the year.

Please note that the deadline to file electronically is March 31. In years where March 31 falls on a weekend or a federal holiday, the deadline is extended to the next business day.

Yes! We automatically file Form 1099-MISC, 1099-DIV, 1099-INT, 1099-B and 1099-R under the Combined Federal/State Filing Program. This program can save you the extra step of filing separately in these participating states: AL, AZ, AK, CA, CO, CT, DE, DC, GA, HI, ID, IN, IA, KS, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, SC, UT, VA, VT and WI.
We automatically file form types 1099-DIV, 1099-INT, 1099-MISC and 1099-R in the IRS’ Combined Federal/State Filing Program, which makes the form data available to the 32 states that participate in the program. We do not e-file or mail city or local copies for you. To comply with non-participating states, or city and local requirements, you may need to print a copy of your forms and mail them to these agencies.

Not all states participate in this program, including tax-free states such as Nevada, Florida, Washington and Wyoming. If you have questions regarding state filings, we suggest that you talk with your accountant or attorney for clarification.

Yes. You can add an unlimited number of payers and recipients under a single account. When filing a form, simply select the payer and recipient from the drop-down boxes on the form. All contact information will be filled in automatically.
You can change any information entered into a form as long as you have not checked out and paid for our service. Once you make a payment you will not be able to make changes to the existing form.

Filing a correction form:
If you discover any error after you have paid for the forms you must file a separate correction form. Corrected forms must be submitted to the IRS and a corrected recipient copy must be provided to the recipient as soon as possible.

No, you cannot change any information entered into a form once you have checked out and paid for our service.

What is most important is that the IRS receives accurate information, so we encourage all customers to correct data in their forms as their own recipients report errors, prior to checking them out and submitting payment. No! As part of our e-file process, we compile the summary data required on Form 1096 or W-3 and transmit it along with your forms.
Your data is encrypted using the strongest encryption program available, recommended by the federal government. We use the information you provide only for the purpose of processing your forms. We do not sell or share your information with anyone unless required by law, even if you no longer use our services.
